What is your Order Turn Around Time?
Our current turn around time is 24 hours of less. Except for weekends due to delivery services not being available, any orders made on Friday - Sunday early afternoon will be dispatched on Monday morning. 

What are your Shipping Rates?
We offer free shipping for any order over $150. 
For orders under $150:
- Within Australia a flat rate charge of $9.95 applies.
- Internationally a flat rate charge of $20 applies.

What Shipping Companies do you use?
This will depend on your location. For metro areas within Australia we prefer Aramex. For rural areas we currently use Sendle. If your area is not serviceable via courier, or you require PO Box delivery, we will use Australia Post.  Regardless of the carrier you will be provided with full tracking details. 

Can I pick my order up in person?
Absolutely! Use the code PICKUP in the checkout and we will arrange a convenient pick up time with you. 

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Within 15kms of our address. 

What is your refund policy?
For retail products, we will refund where there is a genuine, proven fault with a product. 

Where are you located?
At our home in Lake Albert, NSW - for our privacy as the business runs from our family home, we will privately and happily provide an address to you.
